How Membership works...
Once you receive your membership kit, choose a mortuary from our list and complete the simple planning form.
Keep a copy for your personal file, give one to your next of kin, and send a copy to the mortuary you've selected.
Upon death, your relatives simply contact the mortuary and pay for services directly.
Pre-payment is neither necessary nor recommended. If your selected mortuary raises the BAFS-contracted price, you will be notified in our annual newsletter.
If death occurs out of town, contact the national FCA office toll-free (800-765-0107) to find a nearby alliance office. If you move, your membership can usually be transferred to another FCA group for a nominal charge.
